Spin Galaxy Terms of Play for New Zealand Accounts
These terms form the agreement between you and Spin Galaxy when you open an account and play with us from New Zealand. Please read them before your first deposit. By registering, you confirm that you have read and accepted them. Where a separate bonus or promotion has its own rules, those rules apply alongside these terms.
1. Who Can Open an Account
Spin Galaxy is for adults only. You must be of legal age to gamble to register and play. When you sign up we ask for your e-mail address and date of birth, and you agree that every detail you give us is true, complete and your own. Keep these details up to date: if your address or e-mail changes, update your account so that payments and messages reach you.
2. Your Account and Security
You are responsible for keeping your password private and for all activity on your account. Don’t let anyone else use it. Data you send us is protected with SSL encryption, but we cannot protect an account whose password has been shared. If you think someone else has got into your account, contact our support team straight away by live chat, which runs 24/7, or by e-mail.
3. Identity Verification
Identity verification is required. We ask for a photo ID and proof of address, and proof that a payment method belongs to you is usually requested as well. Verification as a rule takes place before your first withdrawal. Typically, we finish a check within about 24 hours.
4. Currency
Kiwi players can usually play in NZD. Every figure below is given in New Zealand dollars and written as NZ$.
5. Deposits

7. Welcome Package

8. Loyalty Programme
Six tiers make up our loyalty programme, starting at Bronze and rising through Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond to Privé. Points are earned on real-money wagers. New players typically receive 2,500 loyalty points with their first deposit. Points can later be turned into bonus credit: 5,000 points usually convert to NZ$5. Your account also includes a bonus wheel.
9. Fair Play
You agree to play for your own entertainment and not to use software, bots or any shared arrangement to gain an unfair advantage.

12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example when we add a payment method or change an offer. The version currently published is the one that applies. If a change affects you significantly, we will tell you before it takes effect.
